Chef James Riles will present a thoughtfully crafted multi-course dinner, with each course paired alongside a selection of wines from Booker Wines, one of Paso Robles’ celebrated producers. From expressive Rhône varietals to beautifully structured reds, the evening will showcase the character of California’s Central Coast through wines selected to complement each dish.
Set against the relaxed beauty of Pursell Farms, this is an evening built around exceptional wine, inspired food and good company—a little taste of Paso Robles brought right here to the Farm.
